Who Is DCS?
Simply put, at the Department of Community Supervision (DCS), we are officers of hope.
As humans, we make mistakes, and sometimes, those mistakes lead to serious consequences, including incarceration. But what happens next? When an individual is released and it's time to reenter society, what then? At DCS, we use evidence-based practices to hold supervisees accountable, give them a second chance, and provide a positive way forward. Our holistic approach involves all facets of the community including (but not limited to):
VICTIMS AND THEIR FAMILIES
PROGRAMS FOR SUPERVISEES AND THEIR FAMILIES
INVOLVEMENT IN COMMUNITY ACTIVITIES
PARTNERSHIPS WITH OTHER CRIMINAL JUSTICE AGENCIES
